Planbound ("uygulama") Ümit Çağlayan Kırkoç tarafından geliştirilmektedir.

Kısaca

Planbound, satın alma doğrulaması için tutulan anonim satın alma kaydı dışında hiçbir veri toplamaz. Girdiğin her şey yalnızca senin cihazında kalır.

Toplanan veriler

Yalnızca anonim satın alma kaydı (ayrıntısı aşağıda). Bunun dışında uygulama:

Kullanıcı hesabı açtırmaz, giriş yaptırmaz.
Kendi sunucusu ya da arka ucu (backend) yoktur; yalnız satın alma doğrulaması (Apple ve RevenueCat) için internete bağlanır.
Analitik, izleme (tracking) veya reklam aracı içermez.
Satın alma doğrulaması için kullanılan RevenueCat dışında üçüncü taraf yazılım kitaplığı (SDK) kullanmaz.

Verilerin nerede duruyor

Oluşturduğun görevler, planlar, skorlar, şablonlar, tekrarlayan görevler ve ayarlar yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Widget'lar da bu verileri cihaz içinde okur. Bu verilere biz erişemeyiz. Bu sürümde iCloud eşitleme yoktur; veriler cihazdan çıkmaz.

Satın almalar

Planbound Pro satın almaları Apple App Store üzerinden (StoreKit) yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerini görmeyiz. Apple uygulamaya yalnızca satın almanın geçerli olup olmadığını bildirir. Satın alma verileri Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

Satın alma kayıtları (RevenueCat)

Planbound, aboneliğini ve satın alımlarını doğrulamak için RevenueCat, Inc. hizmetini kullanır. Bir satın alma yaptığında ya da aboneliğin yenilendiğinde; satın alınan ürün, tarih, fiyat, ülke ve Apple'ın işlem numarası RevenueCat'e iletilir. Bu kayıt, cihazına özel rastgele bir kimlikle tutulur. Adın, e-posta adresin, Apple kimliğin ve uygulamaya girdiğin veriler (görevlerin, planların, skorların) iletilmez. Bu bilgi reklam ya da izleme için kullanılmaz. Ayrıntı için RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası.

Bildirimler

Tüm bildirimler cihazında yerel olarak planlanır. Sunucudan gönderilen (push) bildirim kullanılmaz. İzni vermezsen uygulama bildirimsiz çalışmaya devam eder.

Çökme raporları

iOS ayarlarında "Uygulama Geliştiricileriyle Paylaş" seçeneğini açtıysan Apple, çökme raporlarını anonim olarak bizimle paylaşabilir. Bu raporlar kişisel veri içermez.

Dışa aktarılan dosyalar

Ayarlar'daki "Verileri dışa aktar" bir JSON dosyası üretir. Bu dosyayı kaydetmek ya da paylaşmak tamamen senin seçimindir; dosya bize gönderilmez.

Verilerini silme

Uygulamada Ayarlar > Tüm verileri sil ile cihazdaki tüm Planbound verilerini silebilirsin. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da verileri siler.

Çocuklar

Planbound anonim satın alma kaydı dışında veri toplamaz; çocuklardan bilerek veri toplanmaz.

KVKK ve GDPR

Uygulama, yukarıda anlatılan anonim satın alma kaydı dışında veri işlemez; bu metin 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında aydınlatma metni işlevi de görür. Destek için bize e-posta gönderdiğinde e-posta adresin ve mesajın yalnızca sana yanıt vermek için kullanılır ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Bu yazışmaların silinmesini istersen aynı adrese yazman yeterli.

Bu politika değişirse yeni sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır ve uygulama içinden erişilebilir.

Planbound ("the app") is developed by Ümit Çağlayan Kırkoç.

In short

Planbound collects no data apart from an anonymous purchase record used to validate purchases. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Data collected

Only an anonymous purchase record (details below). Apart from that, the app:

Has no user accounts and no sign-in.
Has no server or backend of its own; it connects to the internet only to validate purchases (Apple and RevenueCat).
Contains no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
Uses no third-party SDKs other than RevenueCat, which validates purchases.

Where your data lives

Tasks, plans, scores, templates, repeating tasks and settings you create are stored only on your device. Widgets read this data on the device as well. We cannot access it. This version has no iCloud sync; your data does not leave the device.

Purchases

Planbound Pro purchases are handled by the Apple App Store (StoreKit). We never see your payment details. Apple only tells the app whether a purchase is valid. Purchase data is subject to Apple's privacy policy.

Purchase records (RevenueCat)

Planbound uses RevenueCat, Inc. to validate subscriptions and purchases. When you make a purchase or your subscription renews, the product, date, price, country and Apple's transaction ID are sent to RevenueCat. The record is kept under a random identifier specific to your device. Your name, email address, Apple ID and the data you enter in the app (tasks, plans, scores) are not sent. This information is not used for advertising or tracking. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Notifications

All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No push notifications are used. If you do not grant permission, the app keeps working without notifications.

Crash reports

If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in iOS settings, Apple may share anonymous crash reports with us. They contain no personal data.

Exported files

"Export data" in Settings creates a JSON file. Saving or sharing that file is entirely your choice; it is never sent to us.

Deleting your data

Settings > Delete all data removes all Planbound data from the device. Uninstalling the app also deletes it.

Children

Planbound collects no data apart from the anonymous purchase record; no data is knowingly collected from children.

KVKK and GDPR

The app processes no data apart from the anonymous purchase record described above. When you email us for support, your email address and message are used only to reply to you and are never shared with third parties. To have that correspondence deleted, just write to the same address.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and is accessible from within the app.
