Lisans sözleşmesi
Planbound'un kullanımı Apple'ın standart lisans sözleşmesine tabidir: Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standart EULA). Bu sayfa, Planbound Pro satın alımlarına ilişkin koşulları açıklar.
Planbound Pro
Planbound ücretsiz kullanılabilir. Planbound Pro; sınırsız geçmiş, sınırsız şablon, tekrarlayan görevler, haftalık özet ve tüm widget'ları açar. Üç seçenek vardır:
- Aylık abonelik₺49,99 / ay
- Yıllık abonelik₺349 / yıl, 3 gün ücretsiz deneme
- Ömür boyu₺899, tek seferlik
Fiyatlar Türkiye içindir; diğer ülkelerde App Store o ülkenin fiyatını gösterir. Güncel fiyat satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
Otomatik yenileme ve iptal
- Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple hesabından (App Store hesabı) alınır.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesaptan tahsil edilir.
- Yıllık abonelikteki 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme, deneme bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse ücretli yıllık aboneliğe dönüşür. Deneme her Apple hesabı için bir kez kullanılabilir.
- Aboneliği iPhone'da Ayarlar > [adın] > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; o güne kadar Pro açık kalır.
- Aylıktan yıllığa geçiş aynı abonelik grubunda yapılır ve Apple'ın yükseltme kurallarına göre işler.
- İade talepleri Apple'ın politikasına göre Apple üzerinden yapılır (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Ömür boyu satın alma
Ömür boyu seçeneği tek seferlik bir satın almadır ve yenilenmez. Aynı Apple hesabıyla oturum açılmış cihazlarda "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile yeniden etkinleştirilebilir. Uygulama App Store'dan kaldırılırsa mevcut kurulum çalışmaya devam eder.
Pro sona ererse
Verilerin hiçbir zaman silinmez. Var olan şablonlar kalır ve kullanılabilir; geçmiş son 7 güne iner, tekrarlayan görevler yeni gün üretmez ve Pro widget'ları kilitlenir.
Sorumluluk
Planbound "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulama bir planlama ve kayıt aracıdır; hiçbir uygulamayı engellemez. Planına uyup uymamaktan doğan sonuçlardan geliştirici sorumlu değildir.
Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama ve tasarımı geliştiriciye aittir. Uygulamaya girdiğin veriler sana aittir.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.

License agreement
Your use of Planbound is governed by Apple's standard license agreement: Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This page describes the terms that apply to Planbound Pro purchases.
Planbound Pro
Planbound is free to use. Planbound Pro unlocks unlimited history, unlimited templates, repeating tasks, the weekly summary and all widgets. There are three options:
- Monthly subscription₺49.99 / month
- Yearly subscription₺349 / year, 3-day free trial
- Lifetime₺899, one-time
Prices shown are for Türkiye; in other countries the App Store shows the local price. The current price is always shown on the purchase screen.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account (App Store account) at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The 3-day free trial of the yearly subscription converts to a paid yearly subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The trial is available once per Apple Account.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription on your iPhone in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; Pro stays active until then.
- Switching from monthly to yearly happens within the same subscription group and follows Apple's upgrade rules.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. It can be reactivated on devices signed in with the same Apple Account using "Restore purchases". If the app is removed from the App Store, your existing installation keeps working.
If Pro ends
Your data is never deleted. Existing templates remain and can still be used; history goes back to the last 7 days, repeating tasks stop creating new days and Pro widgets are locked.
Liability
Planbound is provided "as is". The app is a planning and record-keeping tool; it does not block any apps. The developer is not responsible for the consequences of following or not following your plan.
Intellectual property
The app and its design belong to the developer. The data you enter belongs to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
